Task Completion / Check-In hangs in Roundtable

INTRODUCTION:
=============
Task completion is the process of completing (checking in) an object.
During this process Roundtable loads current compilable source into
the Roundtable repository.
WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS:
===========================
System hangs during the task completion process or the object check in
process because the Roundtable executables and .DLL's are not found in
the DOS PATH.
PROCEDURAL APPROACH:
====================
1) From the DOS command line or MS-DOS windows view the PATH by
running SET.
2) The Roundtable path(4.0C) or the PROGRESS path(4.0d) should be in
in the DOS path.
3) Add the Roundtable path or PROGRESS path to the DOS path by editing
the AUTOEXE.BAT and resetting the computer.
4) After this the task completion and object check-in should work
properly
