Invalid widget-handle. Not initialized or points to a deleted widget. (3135)

FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
Progress 9.x
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
The training material is developed against specific versions of Progress (ie: 9.0B or 9.1A) and this information is included in the Course Requirements documentation.
The training material will not run on different Progress versions.
FIX:
Install the Progress version stated in the Course Requirements documentation.
