SYMPTOM(s):
Using ActiveX Controls located in file named FM20.DLL
Can only get working r-code from one machine
Other machines will generate r-code but the resulting code will lose functionality from the ActiveX Controls at runtime
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
Progress 8.x
Progress 9.x
CAUSE:
The ActiveX Controls that are part of FM20.DLL will lose part of their functionality if all of the supporting files that FM20.DLL needs are not available or are different versions at runtime
FIX:
Use the ProInventory tool (contact Technical Support) to determine what other DLLs that FM20.DLL uses is different between a working and non-working machine then copy the correct DLL's to the non-working machine.
