FIX:
The MERANT SQL92 ODBC driver is "optional" component of the Client Networking and Provision product license.
A "complete" or "custom" installation is required to extract the SQL92 ODBC driver.
After the installation is in place the SQL92 ODBC driver can be extracted by using the Add Component option that appears in the Progress Group.
i.e C:\DLC_91D\SETUP.EXE -addcomp
