FIX:
While on Unix and Linux, there is more likely no problem to run "proaddcomp" while Progress is running.
"proaddcomp" or new Progress sessions (_progres,_dbutil, _sqlsrv2,...) might fail if they occur all at the same time, with a conflict accessing the file "installd.ini" for example, but theoretically it cannot make any damage.
However, it is at your own risk that you are adding new component while Progress processes are not stopped.
