SYMPTOM(s):
Can't install CorVu because no control codes available or control codes invalid.
Customer has not received control codes for CorVu product.
When inputting CorVu control codes, get error:
License is invalid or expired.
FIX:
We at Technical Support cannot generate CorVu control codes. Please contact the sales office from which you received the product: ask them for new control codes for the relevant product(s).
