Correct path to 1.3.0 java but still get error
Java 1.3.0 does not have ptf9

CAUSE:
Incorrect operating system level and the lack of the proper Java patch.
FIX:
Upgrade to IBM AIX 4.3.3 with MUP 2 as a minimum and apply Java patch ptf9.
