Receives error when attempting to open the modified source file in the AppBuilder
** No <file-name> record is available. (91)
** No _Field record is available. (91)
CAUSE:
Modifying source files outside of the AppBuilder is not supported
FIX:
Replace source file from a backup and make changes from within the AppBuilder
