Report Builder fails to connect to database: report builder has detected that the SQL engine has shut down due to a database error.
Failed connection into a 9.1C progress database on a win2k server.
Progress installed on client machine is Report Builder 9.1D.
Progress Client built into Gelco application installation (9.1C).

CAUSE:
The version mismatch of Progress Report Builder and Progress CLIENT NETWORKING.
FIX:
Install the same version of report builder as the client install.
