FIX:
Change the registry keys in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PSC\PROGRESS\9.1D\WinChar Colors
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC\PROGRESS\9.1D\WinChar Colors
If using an ini file, then update the keys in the 'WinChar Colors' section.
For example, change color 0 'WHITE/BLUE "NORMAL"'
to 'GREEN/BLACK "NORMAL"'
