CHANGE:
Upgraded to Word2000
CAUSE:
The DDE definitions for MS Word have changed.
This happens quite a lot within the Microsoft office applications, and is one of the reasons why using the DDE interface is generally not recommended.
FIX:
Update your application to support the new DDE definitions.
