Kbase 14166: AS/400 error 4926 - Lan Support Program is required for LFP

SUMMARY:
If a customer reports an error while connecting from a Windows client
to the AS/400 database that reads "LFP error: 251, LAN Support Program
not installed in establish_as4_lfp (4926)", check to see if they have
LSP installed.
For LFP to work, Lan Support Program (LSP) is a MUST even when the
customer is using NETWARE for SAA. This is because LFP "talks" to
LSP. LFPWIN provides an interface between IBM LSP and the Progress
AS/400 client.
