ODBC DSN is configured to use SQL Server authentication using user/password
CAUSE:
The cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Change the ODBC DSN configuration so that the SQL Server verifies the authenticity of the login ID with Windows NT authentication using the network login ID.
