SYMPTOM(s):
SYSTEM ERROR: write to <backup device> failed, errno = <code> (1049)
system error write to tape drive 6 (1049)
Error 6: No such device or address.
Database required 3.3GB for backup and tape was 3GB.
CAUSE:
Tape media for tape drive was not the same capacity of the tape drive.
FIX:
Used a larger capacity tape and errors stopped.
