Web Services Toolkit
Getting error 'this install can only update an existing install' during installation
CAUSE:
This error will be displayed when Progress is not installed prior to installing the Web Services Toolkit. At a minimum the Open Client Toolkit needs to be installed prior to installing the Web Services Toolkit.
FIX:
Install Progress or (at a minimum) Open Client Toolkit then reinstall the Web Services Toolkit
