Wyse50 Terminals in V6 and underline in V7: wy50 Wyse 50

DRAFT COPY - Currently under review and edit.

The Wyse 50 is an embedded attribute terminal. Version 7 and 8 do not
support embedded attribute terminals. However, for the Wy50 we were
able to support one attribute that was not embedded. This is the
protected attribute. Usually the protected attribute looks like the
NORMAL attribute but in the setup "is" string we set the protected
attribute to be reverse video. By setting MESSAGE and INPUT to the
protected attribute we were able to get normal and reverse video
attributes This means that you can not have an underline attribute for
the Wyse50 in Version 7 or Verison 8 character mode.

The reason for the spaces in the menu is due to either PROGRESS is
required to preserve the spaces as if it was on an embedded attribute
or modifications to the us and ue strings cause the terminal to embed
an attribute and move the cursor, but PROGRESS does not know that the
cursor has been moved and just keeps outputting the menus, which
leaves a space. The first character of the menus would usually be
underlined to indicate that they have accelerator keys.
