Binary dump did not dump all the records from the table
Binary dump worked for only half of the entire record count as shown
by proutil dbname -C tabanalys
CAUSE:
The primary index for the table being dumped was corrupt.
FIX:
Run proutil dbname -C idxbuild table_pk where table_pk is the primary index for the designated table and then perform the binary dump.
