Using WSISA.dll to send requests
First agent session hangs, second session request goes through
Both requests are sent
Agents hang happens only with WSISA.dll
Hang happens with NetScape and IE browsers
CHANGE:
Switched from CGIIP to WSISA.dll
CAUSE:
The WSISA.dll got corrupted in the memory. In windows system, once the .dll gets loaded it stays there until the IIS Admin Service is rester or the whole machine is restarted. Since the WSISA.dll is IIS Specific, restarting the IIS Admin Service would cause the WSISA.dll to be released and to be reloaded.
FIX:
Restart the IIS Admin Service in the Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
