Permissions correct on ubroker.properties directory and file
There is no existent AppServer Broker with the same or similar name (first several characters being the same as "test" and "tes") as the one being created
Progress is installed on a local drive and not on a mapped drive
CAUSE:
Corrupted ubroker.properties file
FIX:
Make a copy of the ubroker.properties.template file and name it ubroker.properties file overriding the existent one. Then, add the desired AppServer Broker
