SYMPTOM(s):
Prow32.dll tries to load PDBGHLP.DLL, which cannot be found on the system.
CAUSE:
The code which tries to load pdbghlp.dll is obsolete. No harm is done because Progress handles the failure gracefully. The code used to load a DLL that had functions for displaying messages to a C debugger.
FIX:
In 9.1E the obsolete code has been remove.
