FIX:
There are two ways to change the page of a SmartWindow at development time:
1- Make sure that the SmartWindow object is selected and then from the AppBuilder's (V9) or User Interface Builder's (V8) main menu, choose Tools=> Procedure Settings...=> "Pages" button=> "Design..." button.
2- From the bottom of the AppBuilder's (V9) or User Interface Builder's (V8) main menu screen, double mouse click on the Page rectangle.
