FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Report Builder does not print correctly on the HP LaserJet 2100tn printer.
When printing a series of reports, the first report is printed correctly but subsequent reports are partially printed.
Same reports print correctly on HP 8000 using the HP 8000 PCL 5e printer driver.
CHANGE:
Added the HP LaserJet 2100tn printer.
CAUSE:
Wrong printer driver.
FIX:
The HP LaserJet 2100tn PCL 5e and the PCL 6 printer drivers are known to work with certain Report Builder platform configurations.
Download, install and test all the available HP LaserJet 2100tn printer drivers to determine which works best for your specific configuration. These drivers are available for download from:

If none of the available printer drivers works as desired, then replace the HP LaserJet 2100tn printer.
