added alias to the machine
wtbman command line hang
net stop adm service receives adm service is not running
proadsv -start -port -adminport to start adm server on differenct port hang
CAUSE:
because of change in network configuration, the admin server is hanging, possibly a RMI issue
FIX:
Reboot reboot the machine to clear the ports
