When does the ROW-DISPLAY event fire? ( Browse event )

When does the ROW-DISPLAY event fire?
-------------------------------------

ROW-DISPLAY will only fire when a row comes into
the viewport. So if you leave a row, to go to the
next row, if that row is already in the viewport the
row-display trigger will not fire again. It only
fires when a row comes into the viewport. So if your
viewport contains 5 rows, upon initially filling the
browsers viewport with data the row-display trigger
will fire 5 times. After that, it will NOT
fire until you scroll or page down and new rows come
into the viewport.
