GOAL:
How to restrict users from being able to add tables to the database schema
FIX:
For All Users:
Start Data Administration, and go to:
1. Utilities
2. Freeze/Unfreeze
3. Tick 'Show Hidden'
4. Select the _File and freeze it
For Some Users:
Start Data Administration, and go to:
1. Admin
2. Security
3. Edit Data Security
It allows to name users who Can-Write/Can-Create/Can-Load in _File table.
