Error using AppBuilder
The PUT-KEY-VALUE failed. (4454)
When trying to do Menu: File -> New -> SmartObject
You may not have access to the windows registry or windows registry has been corrupted
CAUSE:
Microsoft Visual Source Safe was setting the INI file to read only, therefore AppBuilder is unable to write to this INI file
FIX:
Make sure no 3rd party products such as Microsoft Visual Source Safe is setting the file to read only
