Can not use results.
Connecting to database locally.
The configuration file dbname.qc7 was not found for the database.
Do you want to create the query configuration file
QC7 file is not created in directory that contains database.
Logged in as root.
Showcfg shows client networking , query results , enterprise database installed.
When choosing to update a table manual results shows the tables but will not create any files. No error messages are reported.
Logfile shows user logging in and user logging out. No error messages.
Results file created for copy of sports2000 in /tmp folder.
Directory permissions are Drwxr-sr-x.
CHANGE:
upgrade to version 9.
CAUSE:
The QC7 file will be created in the directory where the database resides.
User did not have write permissions to this database.
FIX:
Change directory to have write permissions.
Chmod 4777.
