Using Microsoft Generic/Text Only driver
The application prints using the 4GL OUTPUT TO PRINTER statement.
CAUSE:
A bug in the Microsoft Generic/Text Only driver.
FIX:
Use the latest native printer driver from the printer manufacturer.
