CAUSE:
Appbuilder corrupted source code
FIX:
There is no way that the code can be recovered except to restore from backup.
The workaround for this is to code the save routine using the _adeevnt.p procedure editor hooks. These hooks can be used to intercept Appbuilder actions such as opening files, closing files and saving files.
