CALL is reserved for the High-Level Call Interface (799)
CAUSE:
The HLCDEMO.P sample program requires that a new executable be created before running the code (that is what HLC is)
FIX:
Use probuild to generate a new executable that includes the object code that will be combined with the normal Progress object code to form a new executable.
