SQL92 statements in JDBC applications requires double quotation for the field names and table names, even if no dashes are used in the names
CAUSE:
This behavior indicates the lack of some components in a Progress installation, it may mean that some DLL were removed or not installed with the product.
FIX:
Make a "complete" install of Progress or if selected "custom install" make sure all the SQL92/JDBC/ODBC components are installed
