Installing Progress
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
Progress 9.x
Progress 9.1x
Progress 9.0x
CAUSE:
Installed with a typical installation
FIX:
Uninstall and reinstall Progress with a Complete installation.
Also, in some versions of Progress 9.1x you can follow these steps:
1.Stop Progress related services (AdminService)
2.Go to Start -> Programs -> [progress folder] -> Add Components.
3.Select the database from the installed products that are listed & click components
4.Check the box for ProControl tools
5. Finish the rest as if it were a regular install.
