SYSTEM ERROR: rlrdprv: note len too big (3831)
This error indicates that there is a problem with an invalid note in
the bi file. This means there is bi file corruption and if
encountered, you should:
1. Restore a backup copy of the database
OR
2. Force access to the database and immediately dump and load its
contents.
