Performance is slow since moving the Informix database to the new server machine.
FACT(s) (Environment):
The ODBC DataServer license is installed in a separate machine then the Informix database machine.
The host file of the ODBC DataServer machine is missing the name of the new Informix database server machine.

CHANGE:
Installed Informix database to a new server machine.
CAUSE:
This is a performance issue between the Informix client and the Informix Database Server. The informix client is not able to resolve the Informix database server name between Informix client and the Server machine. The host file of the ODBC DataServer machine is missing the name of the new Informix database server machine.
FIX:
Add the new Informix database server name to the host file of the ODBC DataServer machine.
