GOAL:
What machine do client startup parameters that use memory take affect on when using Citrix?
FIX:
Client startup parameters always affect the physical process (prowin32.exe, _progres.exe, ...) regardless of where it is running. In the case of Citrix, the process itself is running on the Citrix machine so the startup parameters will grab memory from the Citrix machine.
