Unable to print to remote printers through Progress
Printer drivers reinstalled after Microsoft Service Pack upgrade
Permissions correct for all users as well as application
CHANGE:
Installed Microsoft Service Pack 3 on Windows Terminal Server system
CAUSE:
Windows 2000 and Terminal Servcies printer configuration issue as outlined in Microsoft article ID# K000116
FIX:
Follow article ID# K000116 from Microsoft for remote printer configuration on Windows 2000 and Windows Terminal Server.
