Attempt to dereference a stale widget-handle (3137)
Using static shared temp-tables.
Using Buffer Object handles to access data in those shared temp-tables.
Storing the Buffer Object handles in variables or temp-table fields.

Upgraded from 9.1C to 9.1D.

Bug# 20030227-002
CAUSE:
This is a known issue. It was introduced in 9.1D02 as a side effect of a number of bug fixes.
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D06 or later progress release
