GOAL:
Why are Report Builder and Results icons not available?
SYMPTOM(s):
Report Builder and Results are grayed out or not available.
CHANGE:
Installed Provision choosing the "Typical Installation Option".
CAUSE:
Installing Provision with the "Typical Installation Option" does not install all the components included with the Provision License. The Typical Installation Option will leave some 37 components including Report Builder, Report Builder Engine and Results uninstalled.
FIX:
Install the Provision CD choosing the "Complete Installation Option" to have Report Builder, Report Builder Engine, Results and all other components and subcomponents installed and available.
