SYMPTOM(s):
Report Builder Engine Hanging while previewing a report
Report contains a picture (.bmp)
CAUSE:
Report Builder Engine can not display on the screen a report that contains a .bmp with a different color palette than the one currently in use on the machine.
FIX:
1- Remove pictures from the reports
2- Increase the color palette to a higher resolution.
