FIX:
Roundtable Lite and Provision Plus are setup from separate media. Provision Plus contains a coupon for a Roundtable Lite license at no charge. However, one still needs to send the coupon back to Progress to receive the Roundtable Lite CD media. Then, install and setup Roundtable Lite using the proper media.
