SYMPTOM(s):
Running Report Builder reports with a join between 7 tables results in repeating information for certain columns.
CAUSE:
Print Once attribute not set for the repeating columns.
FIX:
Specify a Group Order, electing to print columns once.
1. Select database from the Report Builder menu.
2. Select Group Order from the Database menu.
3. Select New and specify the field from the Group Field Drop down list.
4. Check Print Once under Attributes.
5. Select OK then OK again.
