The WebClient keys are under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC\WebClient
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WebClient
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Progress (The Application)
WebClient Sometimes during the uninstall of 9.1C WebClient there are some registry keys left behind that prevent you from installing a new version of WebClient. Search and remove registry keys referring to "ProWCVer".
