GOAL:
What is support policy regarding download serial numbers?
FIX:
Customer are able to download some products from our web site:
http://www.progress.com/support/downloads/index.htm
The products are:
- AppServer Internet Adapter (AIA)
- WebSpeed Messenger
- Name Server
These serial numbers should not be used to log calls in Quantum as
they are registered to Progress Software. If customers call providing
any of these numbers, please ask them to provide its Provision,
Provision Plus or Development Server instead.
