FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
** _file already exists with dump name oracle_1 (132)
CAUSE:
There is a problem within the _file table in the metaschema of the schema holder.
FIX:
1. Dump the definition of the Oracle database.
2. Create a new empty schema holder
3. Load the .df file created in step 1.
DETAILS FOR ABOVE STEPS:
1. From the Data Administration (GUI mode), having selected the Oracle database as the Working Database, Dump the definition (option from Admin menu).
2. Create a new empty database either with Create (option from Database menu in Data Administration) or via "prodb <name> empty".
From the Data Administration, connected to the new empty database, Create a DataServer Schema with Oracle Utilities (option from DataServer menu).
3. From the Data Administration, having selected the Oracle database as the Working Database, Load the definition (option from Admin menu).
