Step Error code: 80004005
CAUSE:
Appears to be a timing issue when 9.1C Broker/Server has hit reuse limit of 100 times and new server is being spawned.
FIX:
Added retry to query code when a "no data message" message is received. Data is returned on second attempt when a retry is issued.
