CHANGE:
An offline non-incremental probkup was performed after the last incremental backup.
CAUSE:
The next incremental backup taken after the full offline probkup has it's sequence number reset to 1. The errors indicate that the incremental backup is being applied to the previous backup (with incrementals applied).
FIX:
Restore the new full backup and apply the incremental backup that failed.
