SYMPTOM(s):
Dynamics Physical Object change is overwritten by the Container Builder.
It is possible to change the container Physical Object in the Repository Maintenance tool. However, if the container builder is used to change any aspect of the container (e.g. description) then the physical object is overwritten with its original value.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00086043
FIX:
Workaround is to change the Physical Object in the Repository Maintenance tool after making all changes to the container.
