Just applied the 9.1D03 patch and now can not connect to the database.
Connecting through an AppServer
Database security is enabled
CAUSE:
The r code was missing from the server. The problem is not related to the installation of the service pack.
FIX:
Make sure all the code needed to run the application is in the proper location and has not been moved or deleted.
