FIX:
The menu bars used by Progress are objects that are native to the operating system, not to Progress.
This means that the font settings for those objects must be made at OS level.
On Windows platforms, these can be found in the properties of your display.
Either go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Display or right-click somewhere on an empty space on your desktop and select Properties in the pop-up.
In the properties window, go to Appearance. (On Windows XP, go on to "Advanced".)
Here you can change the appearance settings of the OS, including the fonts used by things such as the menus.
