AppBuilder Tab Editor does remember tab order for SmartDataViewer
AppBuilder Tab Editor does not reflect the order property of the widgets when the SmartDataViewer is reopen.
CAUSE:
Known issue with the Dynamics AppBuilder. Dynamics manages a property called 'order' for each widget on the viewer. The AppBuilder Tab Order dialog-box updates the order property for each widget fine. However, when the SDV is saved closed and reopened, in the TabOrder dialog-box the tabbing options combo-box is set back to 'default' and the fields are back in the original default order. Pressing OK will make the previous custom definition of Tab Order be lost.

FIX:
In some cases, a direct update of the order property in the Dynamic Property sheet can help.
